1. Legal Officer (LO)

Respondibilities :

-Handling process of agreement, including tender, drafting, review, etc.

-Handling and monitoring various cuvul and criminal cases related to company.

-Liaise with related body in process of company license and permit.

-Preparing legal opinion to ensure compliance rule and regulation.

-Conducting the process of filling administrative.

Requirement :

-Bachelor degree majoring in law

-understand all legal aspect i.e agreement, ligitation, license, permit and documentation

-Fluent in english

-Has good communication skill

-Min 2 years experience in legal function

-Compter literate

-Able to work in team as well as working individually

2. Software Engineer (SE)

Responsibilities :

- Prepare program design and concepts based on user requirements

- perform maintenance and development of implementated systems

- Assist the implementation of the new system

Requirement :

-min s1 degree in computer science or other related technical IT/computer field

-Experience and certified in designing database SQL Server 2012 and Oracle 11g

-Mastering the techniques of database design and programming (PHP, Javascript, and Net, etc)

-Experience in web based programming, mobile apps

-Experience in data migration and system for oracle and SQL Server

-Good analysis and good programming techniques

-Able to work individually as well as working in a team with specified targets

-Has integrity and a high initiative

-Hard worker
